"...a very tasty pie. I had a margherita pie, simple and elegant is right. Italian plum tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, extra-virgin olive oil and fresh basil. Fresh, fresh, fresh is the key and I've never tasted a better crust. The pizza is baked in a wood fired oven and the crust had the flavor of pizza fritta (fried dough.)..."
