Peter gives step by step instructions on how to
prepare the hearth for baking. Here Pter describes
how you can obtain excellent results in your home
Note how Peter
covers the glass of the oven with a cloth. This will
protect the glass in case a drop of water spills on
it. Be careful.
I know from
first hand experience what can happen if you are
careless with the water. Even a misplaced drop can
cause the glass to crack.
