Kitchen Aid
Review from Pizza
Therapy
One of my
absolute favorite tools is my
Kitchen Aid from Amazon
I recently used my
Kitchen Aid
to make pizza dough. I made four batches of pizza dough. Two of the
pizza doughs were made by totally by hand. I did not use any tools
other than a fork to make the pizza dough. The longest part of
making pizza dough by hand is the kneading process.
The other two
batches, were used totally with the Kitchen Aid.
I was amazed at how quickly I was able to make the dough. I used the
mixing attachment to mix the dry ingredients. I added 4 cups of
flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 1/2 cups of
water. The dough came out great.
I use my Kitchen Aid for all kind of tasks. It is truly a huge time saver.
The motor is strong enough to easily knead my pizza dough but gentle
enough for other kitchen related tasks. I have had extremely good
luck in using this essential kitchen tool. There really is nothing
quite like it.
There are also a
number of add-ons that kick this tool right out of the park.
You can easily make pasta dough, cookie dough and bread dough. The
stainless steel bowl and other components make it a snap to clean
up. And honestly that is my biggest issue: the cleanup. Not that is
difficult because it is not. I just hate cleaning up...But that is
my own personal issue.
The great thing
for me about using a kitchen aide is the time it saves me whenever I
bake. For making cookie dough, it just cannot be beat. The motor is
extremely powerful, and that is truly a plus. I also like the fact
that it is very easy to clean. The metal bowl makes using this very
easy to clean and maintain. Know that if you do decide to purchase
one you are making a lifetime investment. You are investing in your
own kitchen. And that is the kind of investment that will pay big
dividends to you and your own cooking. What can be better than that?
I give this my
highest recommendation. If you have a kitchen, you need to claim a
Kitchen Aid. It will make everything you do in the kitchen much much
easier.
My family loves
eating pasta. And there is nothing quite like making your own.
One of the hardest things I have had to do is to make pasta by hand.
The ingredients for home-made pasta are simple. Flour, eggs, salt
and water. If you want a silky texture to your pasta, I recommend
using olive oil.
Trust me on
this. Putting the ingredients for pasta is the easy part. Kneading
the dough is the most difficult part. Not with this great add-on
however. This makes making pasta a complete breeze!

great add on:
