The latest information regarding the Hearthkit follows... Update June
2008: The Official
Web Site is under construction I don't know what happened but all of a sudden all of the links to the Hearthkit are not working. None of the companies stocking the Hearthkit have them in stock anymore.... I will update you here when I find out something! Here is what I did: No luck. There is no contact information listed. I called the business office: Hearth Kitchen products
in Stamford, Connecticut: Strange.... Updates will follow. If anyone has any information, please contact me so I can update this page. Albert Grande, pizzatherapy.com 06/18/2008

about this oven insert. Each one, full of praise for the wonderful job

"I have used my HearthKit to cook bread, chicken and pizza! The bread was amazing! The chicken was wonderfully roasted! My pizza crust was perfect. The HearthKit flawlessly mimics a stone oven and did a superb job with everything I have cooked. I am looking forward to many years of cooking pleasure with this wonderful device!"

| Peter
Reinhart, noted chef and author, wrote to me about the
HearthKit "goes a big step beyond a pizza stone, essentially turning a home oven into something akin to a brick oven ...I really am convinced it makes a huge difference in everything you use an oven for including meats, fish, chicken, and pastries-not just pizza and bread..." |

Peter, I am in total agreement with you. You really should check out a
