Here is the
Recipe (Pasta and seafood)
This is an incredible dish that marries pasta with seafood.
This is easy to put together. The taste is simply extraordinaryy. For the seafood any shell fish will work. For this dish I am using
calamari, shrimp, scallops and mussels. For the pasta I’m using Fettuccine, made in Italy
1 lb. of shell fish, more or more! (This can be fresh or
frozen)
Olive oil
Garlic
Can of tomato sauce
Basil, salt, pepper to taste.
Seafood seasoning if available
Directions
Boil 4 quarts of water. Add
pasta.
Start you sauce. Put olive oil, sauté,
garlic add spices to taste. If available, use
seafood spice
Put some oil and garlic in a large frying
pan. If the seafood is frozen sauté for 7-8 minutes until cooked If fresh, just cook for 3 minutes. You want to
cook your seafood until the shrimp
turn pink. Do not overcook..
Drain cooked pasta. Turn
off stove. Return pasta to stove and add sauce (gravy) to pan.
Add seafood and some of
the juice from seafood. Reserve the rest.
