Hamada Here is a modified dough recipe which tries to recreate the amazing pizza made by Dom DeMarco
16.5 oz bread flour (12-13 percent protein)
2 tspns sugar
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 and 1/3 cup ice cold water ice cold water
Let sit for 10 minutes Flour will absorb the water.
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of table salt
1 table spoon of vegetable oil
30 to 60 seconds…
Knead for 1 minute.
put in lightly greased bowl.
Yeast is converting the dough to alcohol sugar and acid.
