This cheesecake was made by my mom and was always a family favorite.
This recipe uses ricotta cheese and is fantastically delicious.
Beat eggs, add sugar and beat until light.
Add salt, flour, milk cheese and lemon. Beat thoroughly.
Pour into a Graham cracker shell.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
Turn off heat and cool in oven.
Drain 3/4 cup of liquid from canned fruit such as cherries.
Combine liquid with 1/4 sugar and 1 Tablespoon of corn starch
Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add cherries.
Pour over cheese cake when cool.
